To help us reply quickly, please include in the subject line the topic — for example, "Bug report: temperature converter", "Suggestion: add foot-pounds to torque", or "Correction: cooking conversions".

Response Time

Most messages receive a reply within two working days. Bug reports affecting accuracy are prioritised over feature requests. If a message is genuinely urgent, please add "URGENT" to the subject line, but note that we cannot guarantee instant response.

What to Send

• Bug reports. The category and units involved, the value you entered, the result you saw, and what you expected. A screenshot helps but is not required.
• Corrections. If a conversion factor or written claim looks wrong, point us at the source you are using and we will check.
• Suggestions. New categories, additional units in an existing category, or improvements to how the tool works.
• Accessibility issues. Anything that makes the site harder to use with assistive technology — keyboard navigation, screen reader behaviour, contrast, focus order — is taken seriously.
• Privacy and data requests. See the Privacy Policy for the rights available in your region. Email the same address with the request and we will follow up.
• Partnerships and integrations. Brief overview of who you are and what you have in mind.

What Not to Send

Please do not send personal data — passwords, identification numbers, financial details — that are not strictly necessary to answer your question. The values you enter into the converter itself are processed in your browser and are not visible to us.
